Cette cession pourrait s\u2019inscrire dans une nouvelle strat\u00e9gie voulue par le nouveau pr\u00e9sident du groupe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le groupe\u00a0bancaire\u00a0mutualiste aurait mandat\u00e9 Deutsche Bank pour trouver un acqu\u00e9reur \u00e0 ces fintech, rapporte le quotidien \u00e9conomique\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesechos.fr\/finance-marches\/banque-assurances\/la-cagnotte-leetchi-mise-en-vente-par-arkea-1331545\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Les \u00c9chos<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00ab\u2009On est en train d\u2019analyser le portefeuille et la strat\u00e9gie\u2009\u00bb<\/strong>, a expliqu\u00e9 le nouveau pr\u00e9sident du groupe.<strong>&nbsp;\u00ab\u2009Nous pourrions \u00eatre amen\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles cessions ou arbitrages. Il avait rachet\u00e9 Leetchi et Mangopay en 2015 pour 60&nbsp;millions d\u2019euros. De nombreux investissements qui ont valu au groupe des soutiens, comme celui de Jean-David Chamboredon, copr\u00e9sident de France Digitale\u2009:&nbsp;<strong>\u00ab\u2009Il est l\u2019un des seuls \u00e0 investir pour favoriser leur essor et non pour \u00e9viter l\u2019\u00e9mergence de concurrents, comme la plupart des banques fran\u00e7aises le font\u2009\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 un nom connu et un service tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9, Leetchi a enregistr\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de quatre millions d\u2019euros de pertes en 2020, selon le dernier rapport annuel de Cr\u00e9dit Mutuel Ark\u00e9a.&nbsp;<strong>\u00ab\u2009Les cagnottes concurrentes avec acc\u00e8s gratuit se multiplient, comme celle du g\u00e9ant PayPal\u2009\u00bb<\/strong>, a notamment expliqu\u00e9 un banquier d\u2019affaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des start-up dans la tourmente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelques tensions sont r\u00e9cemment apparues avec les utilisateurs. L\u2019UFC-Que-Choisir\u00a0a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 plainte pour pratiques commerciales trompeuses.
