Le d\u00e9partement de la justice am\u00e9ricaine (DoJ) lui reproche d\u2019avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019instigatrice pour Huawei du viol des sanctions am\u00e9ricaines contre l\u2019Iran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l\u2019heure, Mme Meng a d\u00e9j\u00e0 refus\u00e9 une premi\u00e8re version de l\u2019accord, r\u00e9futant la mani\u00e8re dont sont d\u00e9crites ses communications avec les institutions financi\u00e8res de Huawei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cas de Mme Meng cristallise les tensions sino-am\u00e9ricaines et il semblerait que les autorit\u00e9s am\u00e9ricaines souhaitent acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la proc\u00e9dure : en \u00e9change d\u2019une reconnaissance de sa faute, Mme Meng pourrait retourner libre en Chine et les charges retenues contre elles pourraient \u00eatre abandonn\u00e9es.
