\"Data<\/p>\n

L’infrastructure a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9e le 3 juillet dernier par le chef de l’Etat Oligui Nguema, dans la Zone \u00e9conomique sp\u00e9ciale (ZES) de Nkok, pr\u00e8s de Libreville.<\/h2>\n

Le Gabon mise sur un data center pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer sa transformation num\u00e9rique. Ce projet s\u2019inscrit dans une strat\u00e9gie nationale visant \u00e0 moderniser les infrastructures num\u00e9riques du pays et \u00e0 renforcer la protection des donn\u00e9es strat\u00e9giques de l\u2019\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n

Le Data Center gabonais est implant\u00e9 dans la Zone \u00e9conomique sp\u00e9ciale de Nkok, \u00e0 environ 27 kilom\u00e8tres de Libreville, sur une superficie de plus de 3 000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s. L\u2019investissement est \u00e9valu\u00e9, selon Jean-Francis Ahanda, \u00e0 plusieurs milliards de F.CFA, mobilis\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un fonds souverain africain, sans entrer davantage dans les d\u00e9tails.<\/p>\n

Selon des repr\u00e9sentants du gouvernement, cette nouvelle infrastructure jouera un r\u00f4le crucial dans le soutien du programme de transformation num\u00e9rique \u00e0 long terme du pays, en fournissant des capacit\u00e9s d’h\u00e9bergement s\u00e9curis\u00e9es pour les services publics num\u00e9riques, les initiatives de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, les applications d’intelligence artificielle et les op\u00e9rations commerciales.<\/p>\n

Ce projet devrait renforcer la r\u00e9silience nationale tout en cr\u00e9ant les fondations num\u00e9riques n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la croissance \u00e9conomique et \u00e0 l’innovation technologique.<\/p>\n
